Shipping Policy

Shipping Time for Personalized Items:

Paper Flowers:

Our estimated shipping time for paper flowers is between 4 to 5 weeks. Please keep in mind that this is an estimation, not a guarantee, due to the unpredictable volume of orders we receive each day. Every custom paper flower is handmade with love and is expected to be completed within this time frame. However, there may be unexpected delays due to our personalized production process.

Signs:

For personalized signs, the estimated shipping time is between 12 to 15 business days, excluding shipping time. These items are made to order, and like paper flowers, our shipping time frame is an estimation due to the variability in order volume.

Non-Custom Items:

Items that are not customized will ship within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your payment. We ship via several carriers, including USPS First Class, USPS Priority, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled and shipped.

Returns and Refunds:

We do not accept cancellations, but if you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us. We take great pride in our work, and your happiness is our primary goal.

Items that Cannot be Returned or Exchanged:

Custom or personalized orders, including name signs.

Digital downloads.

Purchases of paper or wood products.

Shipping Costs and Responsibility:

Shipping costs and time are carefully allocated for every order. We are not responsible if you provide us with an incorrect address, leading to a lost package.

Return and Refund Policy:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to be considered for a refund. We will refund the cost of the item only; the cost of shipping to and from the buyer is not refundable. If your return is approved, please provide tracking for the item you are returning. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. Your refund will be issued once the item arrives in its original condition. If the item arrives damaged from shipping, we cannot refund the item cost, as it is damaged and not in its original condition. In such cases, the buyer should contact the shipping company, especially if shipping insurance was purchased.


Items that Arrive Damaged:

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us with a picture of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of receiving it. Keep the item and packaging as intact as possible for insurance purposes. We will create and send a replacement as soon as possible. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund, but we will replace them.
